Outcomes of the Conference

Our event objective is to inform and inspire young women, encouraging them to explore diverse career paths, fostering connections, and learning valuable tips and strategies from experienced and inspirational women in the Charlotte area. The event will include three keynote speakers and a two-four women panel per topic. Participants can choose two of the four topics and learn more about the field in two 35-45 minute sessions that will allow questions and close collaboration.
